Torak tumbled backwards out of the cave. He rolled down a hill and hit Rock, a grouchy old bear. Rock yelled up to Moar, "Keep your cub under control! And at least act like a king!" Moar stuck his head out of the cave, and yelled back down, "Well Dad, as I recall, you and Rontu would stay up all night throwing fish eggs at naughty cubBright Eye Alliance-Ch. 3

Roren raced off, and returned with Anuis. "Yes, your majesty?"She squeaked. Zena intimidated her. "Fetch my feather." Zena ordered. Anuis dashed back, the feather clutched gently in her mouth. Bright Eye Alliance-Ch. 1It was a normal day. Everyone was dowsing peacefully, enjoying the brief appearance of sun from behind the clouds. Alpha wolf Amberlit, a black wolf with a brown front right paw, was snoozing on her back, feet twitching in the air. Her mate, Hawkfire, a russet colored wolf with three pink gashes on his cheek, scarred by a hawk when he was young, was snoring under a pine tree. Their pup, three week old Aurora, was black as night with a white quarter-moon marking with a white dot in the middle, so that the moon curves slightly around the dot, like a prophetic mark branded upon her forehead.
